Evergreen Memorial Park: Helping During a Time of Loss

Welcome to Evergreen Memorial Park, a place of solace and remembrance in the heart of Evergreen, Colorado. We understand that losing a loved one is a difficult experience, and our dedicated team is here to provide you with the support and compassionate care you need during this challenging time.

Nestled amidst the picturesque mountains and evergreen forests, our 100-acre park pays tribute to the pioneers of Evergreen and the Old West. Surrounded by rolling meadows, rustic cabins, and a picturesque barn overlooking a reservoir and the foothills, our park offers a serene and peaceful environment for reflection and healing.

The Barn Chapel, a stunning assembly of five historic local barns, serves as a place for gatherings and memorial services. Adorned with exquisite antique stained-glass windows, large picture windows, and a warm interior, it provides a comforting atmosphere for honoring the life and legacy of your loved one.

As the founders of Evergreen Memorial Park, Ron and Carol Lewis are dedicated to preserving the pioneer heritage of the Old West. They have curated a collection of historically significant antiques and artifacts, displayed in our main building and throughout the property. The park also encompasses a private animal ranch, where elk, fallow deer, and buffalo roam freely. Our iconic White Buffalo, the spiritual leader of the plains Indians, resides within our buffalo herd, adding to the cultural significance of our park.

Within the park, you will find three meticulously restored stone and timber cabinets in the "Gardens Of The Pioneers." These beautiful cabinets serve as tributes to the early pioneers, and provide a unique and respectful resting place for cremated remains. Bronze-covered cremains are lovingly nestled between the unoccupied spaces between logs, creating a serene and memorable setting for remembrance.

Situated in the foothills just west of Denver, Evergreen Memorial Park offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the majestic peaks of the Continental Divide. Our park is an oasis of tranquility, providing a natural and peaceful setting for honoring and celebrating the lives of your loved ones.
