Established in 1913 by Luther White, Small & Pietras Funeral Home has a rich history in serving the Rockville, CT community. Over the years, the funeral home underwent various name changes and ownership transfers, evolving into the trusted establishment it is today. Under the ownership of Philip and Jessica Pietras, the funeral home merged with Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, expanding our reach and capacity to serve families in need.

In addition to our Rockville location, we also acquired Coventry Funeral Home in 2007 from Kevin Riley. Recognizing the importance of tailored services, we offer a wide range of options from Traditional Burials to Traditional Cremations. Our dedicated staff prioritizes the needs and wishes of each family, ensuring personalized and meaningful services.

Further expanding our services, we acquired the Burke-Fortin and Tolland Memorial Funeral Homes in 2009 from John Fortin. Our commitment to continuing their traditions enables us to cater to a broader range of families across Rockville, Vernon, Ellington, Tolland, Coventry, Bolton, Storrs, and surrounding towns.

In 2014, our funeral home family grew with the addition of Bassinger & Dowd Funeral Home in East Windsor. This expansion allowed us to extend our services to the communities of East Windsor, Windsor Locks, Enfield, and South Windsor.
