At Florida Ashes at Sea, you will have the exclusive use of our vessel for the ceremony, ensuring a private and intimate setting for your family. With a flexible schedule year-round, we can accommodate your needs and preferences.

When you choose our attended ash scattering charter, you will embark on a two-hour voyage aboard our spacious and comfortable vessel. Three miles offshore, your group can conduct a short memorial service for the deceased, and our staff will assist you in scattering the ashes from the boat. At the end of the trip, we will provide you with a burial at sea certificate, documenting the name of your loved one, the date of the scattering, and the exact latitude and longitude of the ceremony.

If circumstances prevent you from joining us at sea, one of our captains can conduct the ash scattering service on your behalf. We will handle the logistics and send you an ash scattering certificate, ensuring that your loved one is honored with dignity and respect.

For those who wish to extend their memorial service or have additional arrangements, we offer extra half-hour increments at a nominal fee. This allows for more time to reflect and conduct a longer service, with the option to invite a funeral director or clergy to lead the ceremony. Additionally, if you choose to scatter the ashes of more than one loved one on the same charter, we can provide you with individual ash scattering certificates.

At Florida Ashes at Sea, we prioritize your convenience and comfort. Our vessel, the Lady Stuart I, is a spacious 64-foot vessel with an inviting indoor salon and ample seating on the upper deck. Equipped with two bathrooms, we ensure that your journey is comfortable and stress-free.

Conveniently located at the Hutchinson Island Marriott Resort & Marina in Stuart, Florida, our departure point is easily accessible. Situated on beautiful South Hutchinson Island, the Marriott is in close proximity to downtown Stuart and various local beaches. It is also a short drive from Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, and the Palm Beaches.

Our ash scattering charters are available from Saturday to Thursday after 1:30pm, and on Fridays after 3:30pm. When you arrive, simply park near the Baja Grille Restaurant and walk to the right of the hotel to find the dock.
