Established in 1958 by Donald Green, Green Funeral Home has been dedicated to serving the families of Montmorency County and the surrounding areas for over 60 years. After its acquisition by Russell Kendrick in 1983, the funeral home continued to provide compassionate and professional services to the community. In 1997, Todd Kendrick joined the team after graduating from Wayne State University College of Mortuary Science, ensuring the seamless continuation of the family's commitment to excellence.

Following Russell's passing in 2012, Todd Kendrick took over the operation of Green Funeral Home and assumed ownership in January 2017. Under his guidance, the funeral home continued to deliver personalized care and support to families during their most challenging times. Unfortunately, Todd's untimely passing in August 2020 marked the end of an era.
