Despite facing initial skepticism due to our location on East Walnut Street without parking or a chapel, we persevered and adopted a different perspective. We saw the entire city of Goldsboro as our parking space, eliminating the need for our own parking lot. In our first year of operation, we served 30 families. Through our guidance and commitment to excellence, this number tripled by our second year, allowing us to provide support and care to 90 families.

In December 1999, we proudly opened our state-of-the-art facility at 1500 Wayne Memorial Drive. This new facility, which also houses Wayne County's first on-site crematory, further enhanced our ability to serve the community. Recognizing another need in our area, we expanded our services in 2001 to include a separate pet crematory, becoming the trusted choice for pet owners in their time of loss.

As our families continued to place their trust and confidence in us, we expanded our funeral home once again in 2003 to accommodate the growing needs of our community. The addition of over 3000 square feet allowed us to include a new chapel with a seating capacity of 300, a casket and cremation options room, and a conference room. Our commitment to serving the community extends beyond our physical building; it lies in the compassionate and caring services we provide to each and every family.
