As society's preferences have shifted towards cremation, we understand that many families feel comfortable organizing end-of-life celebrations with their loved ones, clergy, or friends, without the need for traditional funeral home involvement. At Cremation Only, we respect and support these decisions.

Our focus is solely on providing direct cremations, without selling you anything unnecessary or unwanted. We offer our Direct Cremation Package for a transparent and affordable price of $895.00. We proudly offer statewide service, although an additional mileage charge will apply outside of the radius. Rest assured, there are no membership fees, hidden charges, salespeople, or surprises with us.

Our cremation services include direct cremations without ceremonies, removal of the deceased, transportation within 50 miles (additional fee for over 50 miles), crematorium fees, state permit fees, refrigeration, and basic services of staff. Depending on the distance, additional charges may apply: $150.00 for 101-125 miles, $175.00 for 126-150 miles, and $175.00 plus $2.00 per mile for distances over 151 miles.

For the Basic Direct Cremation, which covers removal within 50 miles of the funeral home, medical examiner's permit, crematory fees, and basic services of the funeral director and staff, the additional charges are as follows: $125.00 for 51-100 miles, $150.00 for 101-125 miles, $175.00 for 126-150 miles, and $175.00 plus $2.00 per mile from mile 151 one-way.

Please note that there may be exceptions where prices can vary, and an additional charge may apply if the deceased weighs over 300 lbs. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to the overall cost.

Should you wish to arrange a direct cremation, alternative containers are available, made of materials such as fiberboard or composition materials. However, at Cremation Only, we currently do not require the use of an alternative container.

To begin the arrangement process for a direct cremation, you can speak to our Care Team or complete our convenient online arrangement form. We understand that this is a difficult time, and we are here to provide compassionate support. Once a death occurs, we will take your loved one into our care, handle the necessary paperwork, contact the doctor for authorization, and file the death certificate.

Rest assured, we prioritize using the most up-to-date identification methods and ensuring that your loved one is cremated in a licensed crematory. Upon completion of the cremation, we will promptly notify you. You can choose to pick up the remains or have them shipped within the continental United States.

Please allow us a typical timeframe of 5-7 business days to complete the cremation process, as there are essential steps outside of our control, such as the doctor's signature on the death certificate and any required Medical Examiner investigations.

If your loved one is under hospice care, we guarantee to honor the price we quote, even if our prices increase for any reason.
