Established in January of 1960, the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc. has been faithfully serving families in their time of need for over six decades. Founded by James C. Stump Sr., the funeral home was initially located at the Flanigan Farm, which was purchased from George R. Sweeney. With a vision to provide compassionate and dignified services, Mr. Stump remodeled the farm house into a state-of-the-art funeral home.

Conveniently situated in the peaceful community of Rostraver Township, our funeral home offers ample off-street parking and fully accessible facilities to accommodate all individuals. Following his graduation from the prestigious Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1994, James C. Stump Jr. joined his father and actively serves as the Funeral Supervisor. With a commitment to excellence, he upholds the funeral home's reputation for providing exceptional services. Additionally, Mr. Stump's wife, Geraldine L. Stump, has been an invaluable member of the team since their marriage in 1968, serving as secretary and funeral attendant.
