Originally known as George McCrory and Sons, the funeral home has evolved over the years under the dedicated leadership of E. James Eley Jr., who took over in 1997.

In 1998, we transformed our showroom into the York Generations Funeral Resource Center, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to cater to the diverse needs of our clientele.

As advocates for accessibility, we undertook renovations in 1998 to ensure our funeral home is fully handicapped accessible. In addition, we created a peaceful Water Garden, providing a tranquil space for families to find solace and reflection.
