    Mrs. Annie Mae Wilson Evans graced this earth on April 4, 1933, in Lee County, South Carolina, as the daughter of Robert and Phillis Wilson. On Monday, February 19, 2024, she peacefully departed from this world, leaving behind cherished memories.

    Throughout her life, Mrs. Evans attended Lee County public schools and became a member of King Emmanuel Baptist Church and later Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church. She dedicated many years of service to Zimac Inc. in Lynchburg, South Carolina. Her union in holy matrimony with the late Robert James Evans was a testament to enduring love.

    In Loving Memory of Janice Levine

    On April 4, 1925, Janice Levine was born to Mary Eliza Baker and Walter Green in Sumter, South Carolina. After a life well-lived, she left this earthly realm on February 3, 2024, at Calhoun Convalescent Center in Orangeburg.

    Janice's educational journey took her through various schools in South Carolina. As an adult, she ventured to New Jersey alongside her siblings, where she embarked on a career at Art Metals USA. Starting as a welder, her tenacity propelled her to become the head clerk before her eventual retirement.

    Honoring Deaconess Reita Lou Rosa Nelson McGill

    Deaconess Reita Lou Rosa Nelson McGill blessed the world on October 30, 1948, as the daughter of Josh Nelson Sr. and Ophelia Boizer Nelson in Oswego. With immense love, she peacefully passed away on February 15, 2024 at McLeod Regional Medical Center.

    From an early age, Reita embraced Christ as her Lord and Savior. She wholeheartedly served as a faithful member of Enon Baptist Church in Pinewood, SC, and later found solace in the community of Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church in Lynchburg, SC. Reita selflessly devoted herself to various roles within the church.

    Forever Remembering Elder Paul James Jackson

    Elder Paul James Jackson bid farewell to this world on Friday, February 16, 2024, in the comforting confines of his residence. Born on February 7, 1939, in Sumter, he was the beloved son of Ishmell Jackson Sr. and Delphine Carroll Jackson. To his children, he was lovingly known as "My Daddy."

    Paul received his education from the schools of Sumter County, graduating from Ebenezer High School in the Class of 1958. He dedicated 42 years of his life to Korn Industries, expertly serving as a Machine Operator.
