MORE THAN 125 YEARS OF TIME HONORED VALUES

Established in 1889, Broussard's Mortuary has been a family concern since its inception. It all began with Alex Broussard, owner of A. Broussard Livery Stable, who opened the first funeral parlor in Southeast Texas in the late 1800s. From its humble beginnings as a wood framed parlor, it has evolved into a large brick facility in downtown Beaumont that still stands proudly today. Later, the firm moved to a majestic home at the corner of Calder Avenue and Forest Street, and in 1958, settled into one of our present locations on McFaddin in Beaumont.

As the funeral industry experiences constant corporate buyouts and takeovers, families find solace in knowing that Broussard's Mortuary remains family owned and operated, with a history that spans five generations. Our commitment to compassion, continuity, and dignity remains unwavering. We take pride in upholding the high standards of excellence in service and ensuring that our services are always affordable to the entire community.

In memory of Charles Daniel "Dan" Welch, a beloved member of our community, Broussard's Mortuary took care of his cremation arrangements with the utmost respect and professionalism. We understand the deep pain of losing a loved one, and we are here to support you during these challenging times.

Another cherished member of our community, Gregory Earl Simmons, was memorialized by our caring team at Broussard's Mortuary. Mr. Simmons was known for his vice presidency at Triple "S" Industrial Corporation and his involvement as a Past Master of Lumberton Lodge No. 1430. We honor his legacy and offer our condolences to his loved ones.

The passing of Charlotte Ann Toth has brought sorrow to our community. Broussard's Mortuary provided cremation services for Mrs. Toth, respecting her memory and offering support to her family during this difficult time. Our commitment to providing dignified services extends to every person we serve.

We have received heartfelt testimonials from families we have had the privilege to care for. Burton, one of our funeral directors, was praised for his honesty, sincerity, and genuine care for families. Steve Cooper, another funeral director, has consistently impressed clients with his work ethic, compassion, and professionalism. We take pride in our remarkable team who strives to make the funeral process as easy as possible.

Broussard's Mortuary has several convenient locations to better serve our community. Visit us at our McFaddin Avenue location in Beaumont, Major Drive location in Beaumont, Nederland, Silsbee, Winnie, or Kountze. Our compassionate staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you in your time of need.

Choose Broussard's Mortuary, where tradition, excellence, and caring service are our hallmarks.
