Established in 1889, Broussard's Mortuary has proudly served the Southeast Texas community for over 125 years. As a family-owned and operated funeral home, we hold true to our time-honored values of compassion, continuity, and dignity.

Our history dates back to late 1800's when our founder, Alex Broussard, opened his first funeral parlor in Southeast Texas. From a humble wood framed parlor, we have grown to a large brick facility in downtown Beaumont, which still stands today. Later, we relocated to a stately home at the corner of Calder Avenue and Forest Street, and in 1958, we settled in our current quiet neighborhood location on McFaddin in Beaumont.

In this era of corporate funeral home buyouts and takeovers, we take pride in being a family-owned institution with five generations of heritage. We believe strongly in upholding the traditions that have shaped our business and fulfilling our family's obligation to maintain excellence in service while keeping our services affordable for all.
