At Olde Towne Funeral Home of Manassas, we are proud to be a part of the rich history of the Manassas community. While our business may be new, the building itself has been a symbol of support and care for over a century. Originally operated by Baker Funeral Home in the 1920s, our beautiful establishment has served the people of Manassas and the surrounding areas for over 80 years.

In 1979, the Baker family passed the torch to Clifford and Linda Blasius, who became the proud owners of the funeral home. The Blasius family's dedication and commitment to providing compassionate service led them to add their name to the business, creating Blasius-Baker Funeral Home in celebration of its 100th anniversary. Over the years, the Blasius family upheld the legacy left by the Bakers, ensuring that families felt supported during their time of grief.

In 1997, the business transitioned to ECI and was later acquired by SCI, but the property remained within the Blasius family. Then, in 2007, Robert Pierce, owner of Pierce Funeral Home, acquired the property from the Blasius family. After many years of silence, Courtney Pierce, his daughter, made the decision to reopen the funeral home and continue its legacy of caring for families in their time of need.

Carla, our compassionate funeral director, brings extensive experience in the medical field and is eager to serve our families. With her knowledge and understanding, Carla ensures that every detail is taken care of with utmost care and professionalism. Alongside Carla, Gabe, one of our funeral associates, is devoted to providing compassionate support to those in need. His passion for the funeral business stems from personal experience, and he is committed to ensuring that our families receive the utmost care and respect.

Ann, our empathetic funeral assistant, has been a pillar of support for the All Saints Catholic Church community for 17 years. Her commitment to serving others extends to her role at our funeral home, where she brings compassion and understanding to every interaction.
