However, we assure you that all contracted families will receive continued service through Cunningham, Parker and Johnson Funeral Home at 1325 W Washington Street, Charleston WV 25302, or Long and Fisher Funeral Home at 6837 Sissonville Drive, Sissonville, WV 25320.

Pryor Funeral Home has proudly served the East Bank community as a reputable funeral home since 1891. Upholding our commitment to delivering the highest level of professional services and care, we honor all contracts made with Pryor Funeral Home. Cunningham, Parker and Johnson Funeral Home, or Long and Fisher Funeral Home, will continue to fulfill and honor these agreements in their entirety. Additionally, you have the discretion to transfer your contract to any other licensed funeral establishment in West Virginia, should you choose to do so.

Funeral services, cremation services, as well as any associated merchandise will be expertly managed and delivered by Cunningham Parker & Johnson Funeral Home or Long and Fisher Funeral Home. Services can still be held within your respective communities, whether it be at a cherished church or community venue.

For any remaining payments owed under your contract, please make them payable directly to Cunningham Parker & Johnson Funeral Home or Long and Fisher Funeral Home. If your contract is funded through a trust, the funds will continue to be held in trust under the same trustee. Similarly, if your contract is funded by life insurance, the same life insurance company that issued the policy will continue to handle the funding, and any outstanding contract payments will be remitted to the insurance company for premium payment.

The closure of Pryor Funeral Home and subsequent transfer to Cunningham Parker & Johnson Funeral Home or Long and Fisher Funeral Home will enhance the resources available to fulfill your contract. Our compassionate teams at either establishment will guide you through the process of creating a beautiful tribute for your loved one. They will also offer invaluable guidance and suggestions for the various decisions that need to be made when planning a funeral, cremation, memorial, celebration of life, or burial service.
