Bism Rabbik Foundation Inc. is a not-for-profit Muslim organization located at 17551 NW 137th Ave., Hialeah, FL 33018. As an organization, we operate multiple facilities including Riyadh Ul Jannah Funeral Home, Muslim Cemetery of South Florida, Muslim Cemetery of Miami-Dade, Madrassa Al-Farooq, and Key West Musallah. In addition to these facilities, we also provide religious educational material, Quran teachings, and supply shrouds for Islamic burials.

At B.R.F., we understand that the passing of a loved one is a deeply sensitive issue. As a result, we are dedicated to providing assistance to grieving families and guiding them through the necessary steps following the demise of their loved ones.

It is essential that the Legally Authorized Person for the Decedent grants authorization for the removal of the deceased from the place of death. They are also responsible for providing information and executing required documents. All arrangements, including the Ghusl (ritual washing) and interment, will be coordinated with the Legally Authorized Person.

Please note that punctuality is crucial. Late fee charges will be imposed at 15-minute increments, and late arrival by 45 minutes or more will result in a delay of interment until the following day along with an additional charge of $1,000.00 by the cemetery. No exceptions will be made in this regard.

During the arrangement conference, one person may accompany the Legally Authorized Person. Once all authorizations and payments are completed, the Ghusl and shrouding will take place. The observation of Ghusl is permitted, except in cases where the Decedent had an infectious disease within six months prior to death. In such cases, observation will be at the sole discretion of the Foundation.

After the Ghusl and shrouding are completed, a short visitation will be provided for the family. However, visitation will only be permitted if the Decedent did not have an infectious disease within six months prior to death, and it will be solely at the discretion of the Foundation.

The Legally Authorized Person must certify that the Decedent was not Covid+ at the time of death. Failure to disclose this information to the Foundation will make the Legally Authorized Person liable for any damages incurred.

Following the agreed-upon time, Salat ul Janazah will be performed before the interment. No speeches are allowed during this process. For interment, a maximum of three able-bodied men, approved by the Legally Authorized Person, are permitted to assist in the crypt. Outside of the crypt, two staff members will assist in lowering the remains. Once the remains are lowered into the crypt, the approved men will exit, allowing the staff members to adjust the remains to the proper position.

According to Islamic rules, women are not permitted on the burial grounds during the interment process. Once the interment is completed and the men have dispersed, women will be allowed to visit the grave site and pay their respects.

In terms of flower placement, natural flowers may be placed within the Cemetery, subject to the approval of the Foundation. However, planting, picket fences, lights, incense or lo bahan, balloons, or stuffed animals are not permitted. The Foundation reserves the right to remove any items in violation of these regulations.

Compliance with our Rules and Regulations is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in our refusal to provide service or other sanctions as determined by the Foundation.

Payment is required prior to service, and we accept cash, checks, and credit cards, with a 3% service charge for credit card payments.

Our facility is available to you 24 hours a day, year-round, ensuring that we are here for you during your time of need.

Please note that the Foundation reserves the right to refuse service to any person as determined in its sole discretion.
