Born in March of 2021, Izzy is a purebred black lab who thrives on meeting new people and assisting families during difficult times. At our funeral home, we strive to provide the community with exceptional facilities and convenient access. In July of 2004, we acquired the property at 401 Madison Avenue, enabling us to offer newer facilities, ample parking, and easier accessibility. This investment reflects our dedication to serving you with the utmost professionalism and convenience.

Our exceptional founder, Mandy Ertz, embarked on a career in funeral service in 2005 in the Milwaukee area. After graduating from MATC – West Allis with a degree in Funeral Service in 2006, she returned to her hometown, determined to serve the community she holds dear. In August 2013, Mandy became a licensed insurance intermediary, expanding her ability to assist families during challenging times. In May of 2016, Mandy purchased the business, previously owned by the Redlin's, and renamed it Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home. With over 80 years of tradition, we honor the legacy of excellent and respectful service that the community has cherished.
