With a passion for meeting new faces and providing solace to grieving families, Izzy accompanies us during arrangement conferences, visitations, and funerals. In the pursuit of enhancing our services for the community, we proudly acquired the property located at 401 Madison Avenue in July of 2004. Under the leadership of Mandy Ertz, whose journey in the funeral service commenced in 2005 within the Milwaukee area, we have dedicated ourselves to serving our hometown with compassion and integrity. Mandy graduated from MATC – West Allis in 2006, attaining a Funeral Service degree. To further extend our support to families, she obtained a license as an insurance intermediary in August of 2013. In May of 2016, Mandy assumed ownership of the business from the Redlin family, meticulously preserving the institution's distinguished legacy. In July of 2021, the business was renamed Redlin-Ertz Funeral Home, a testament to our commitment to maintaining the esteemed and unparalleled service the community has relied upon for over 80 years.
